Hi Catherine, I can't figure out how to post to your childhood web. I was alot like you when I was a child in Elementary school. It always seemed like I was distracted with issues that went on at home, so I was never a good reader in school. I always struggled with reading comprehension! As an adult I still find my mind wandering if the book that I am reading doesn't pertain to my interest.
It seems like you have a wonderful support system from your family, teacher, and baby sitter! I worked as a in home childcare provider for many years when my children were young. I really enjoyed it! It gave our family the extra income without having to sacrifice time away from my children.
